Somerset Hearing was founded by Jon Cade, a highly experienced Audiologist with over 15 years of experience helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most.
Before opening Somerset Hearing, Jon spent more than a decade working with some of the world's leading hearing technology companies, including Phonak and Otometrics. Starting his career as an engineer, he later specialised in advanced hearing aid technology, supporting NHS departments and independent hearing clinics throughout the UK.
This unique blend of technical expertise and clinical knowledge allows Jon to provide genuinely independent advice and hearing solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle and hearing needs.
At Somerset Hearing, every client is seen personally by Jon, ensuring a level of care, consistency and attention that is increasingly rare in modern healthcare.
Meet Victoria
Victoria is an experienced Audiologist specialising in earwax removal, with over 25 years’ experience working within healthcare. Throughout her career, she has worked across both corporate and independent healthcare settings, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Passionate about delivering a friendly, professional and comfortable experience, Victoria takes the time to listen to each individual and ensure they feel at ease throughout their care. She particularly enjoys meeting new people and helping them to improve their hearing health and overall wellbeing.
Victoria has recently joined the team at Somerset Hearing and is delighted to be part of a service that shares her commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exploring the great outdoors, particularly hiking sections of the South West Coast Path. She also loves heading off on adventures in her camper van and, most importantly, spending quality time with her family.
